- Synopsis
- The Green Innovation Fund was created by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) for the development of technologies to achieve the ambitious goal of realizing a carbon-neutral society by 2050. As one of the Fund’s projects, the “Development of Technology for Producing Concrete and Cement Using CO2” was selected for the concrete and cement field, and “Development of Materials, Construction Technology, and Quality Evaluation Technology for Innovative Carbon-Negative (CN) Concrete” was adopted as an initiative to be led by the three companies to which the authors belong. This paper introduces the direction of technological development, an overview of the component technologies, the development status, and the development promotion framework.
