Development of Precast System for Constructing High-rise RC Buildings in Short Term

- Synopsis
- Precast method is applied for constructing of high-rise reinforced concrete buildings. LRV-H precast system is developed for the purpose of reduction in the workload on site and shortening of the construction period. The main features of the system are as follows; 1. beam-column joint is pre-cast combined with beam or column. 2. beam-column joint contains sheath for main bars of column or beam penetrating. Two types of experimental test were conducted to examine the constructing process and earthquake resistant performance.
