- Structural Design Guidelines for Medium/High-rise RC Wall-Frame Structures with Flat-Beams was completed by Urban Renaissance Agency at March 2008. RC Wall-Frame Structures with Flat-Beams, mainly composed of wallcolumns, flat-beams, multi-story shear walls, large-span slabs and foundation, is structural system developed to provide more superior comfortable and flexible space at living rooms of multi-story apartment buildings. This manuscript reports about the outlines of this new structural system and structural design guidelines.
