using Digital Camera

- Synopsis
- Lately, a 3 dimensional shape measurement using a CCD camera has been adopted in large-scale pre-cast segment bridges which are in the New Toumeisin highway. As a part of the application of a 3 Dimensional Product Model (3DPM) we considered the acquisition of 3 dimensional shape data using a digital camera to the actual segment. Because we can improve the structural management acquiring 3 dimensional shape data and using the data effectively. As the result of the 3 dimensional shape measurement experiment we have got the knowledge of the approximate accuracy and have got the subjects to improve the accuracy. In addition to this experiment we describe the efficiency of 3 DPM if we used 3 dimensional measurement data on 3 DPM system.
