- Consumption of cement was defined as the index for the amount of the structures that have been constructed. Some affairs of the construction and concrete in Japan, especially on the demand for construction, required technology in the near future, and the status of concrete in the whole process of the construction, were discussed by using the statistics on the consumption of cement in each country.
