Outline and the Development of PM (Project Management) in Construction Business

- Synopsis
- The structural reform is requested in the execution of the construction business. There is PM (Project Management) as one of the strategies by which the problem can be solved. The meanings and the content of PM as usefull soft technology for PM are described in this report. Moreover, the effect of PM, which brings to each of the construction order, the constructer by those who execute them about the construction business or project is outlined. Management in the wide sense from the uniqueness of the construction business to the installation of facilities, which are the result goods of the construction business and the management is said though the management described here generally occupies a big rate for the organization to manage and maintain well play big roles.
