- Synopsis
- This paper presents the new lap splices with headed anchor made by gas pressure welding for the center joint of the Pre-cast RC beams. Under the experimental studies that have the variables of splice length, strength of concrete, shear reinforcement, the way of main bar arrangement and the state of load, it is found that 15 db (db: diameter of main bar) is neccessary for the lap splice minimum length and the ultimate bond strength of the splices is able to estimate.
