- A revised edition of the Standard Specification for Concrete Structures [Construction] was published by Japan Society of Civil Engineers in January 2000.It shows quantitative evaluation procedures for durability of concrete structures to aim at being a performance-based specification.In this paper,the background and features of the new specification and an example of durability design are explaines.
