- Concrete Technology and engineering have been rapidly developed in recent years and such development has led to significant advancement in engineering skills and remarkable diversification of concrete. To understand these advanced concrete technology essentially,it is very important to know the fundamentals of concrete technology. The aim of this paper is to make those bases comprehensible to concrete engineers by describing (1) what is good uniform-concrete,(2) why specification of ready-mixed concrete should be revised fundamentally,(3) what are the major points for quality control of concrete and (4) what are the important factors to produce high-strength concrete.
