- Synopsis
- Recently,it is thought that the edge form of stirrups should be 180° hook or 135° hook, not 90° hook,to work after exfoliation of concrete cover. But,if these stirrups are used in plate structures or in columns as conection reinforcements of hoop,it is complicated to construct. So,we proposed plate anchored stirrups and examined anchorage capacities of them and hooks after exfoliation of concrete cover. As a result,it was proved that the capacity of the plate anchored stirrup was greater than that of the 180° hook stirrup and plate aschored stirrups were efficient.
