- Technologies of cold weather Concreting were reviewed from both view points of the prevention against damage to concrete due to freezing at early ages and of the assurance that the concrete develops the required strength. The principle points of the potential strength for protection from early-age freezing and the maturity method for estimating the development of concrete strength were discussed. The current status and future of the practice in this field were also described.
