- Systems for producing buildings are being changed in accordance with the drastic progressin computer technologies in this recent fifteen years. This change will be able to make aremarkable progress in building productions from material productions to maintenance procedures after completion including constructions through uniform information systems progressed drastically, because the productions are so complicated that comprehensive managements have not been performed in their history. This paper deals with a suggestiveconcept on the near future perspectives of building production systems, uniform information systems applicable to all processes in building productions and two types of reinforced concrete structural systems suitable to the new trends in building productionsintegrated by computers.
